פלסט חן בע”מ הינה חברה בבעלות פרטית אשר הוקמה בשנת 1993 ע”י ניסים אמר, במטרה לספק שירותי ייצור, תכנון ופיתוח איכותיים של מגוון מוצרים מחומרים תרמופלסטיים (pp,hdpe,pvdf,pvc ומופליאסטר משוריין עבור התעשייה הכימית והפטרוכימית).
החברה עושה שימוש בטכנולוגיות ייצור מהמתקדמות בעולם בתחום ומתכננת את מוצריה בעזרת תוכנות תיב”מ העדכניות ביותר לחישובים ותכנון המוצר בהתאם לתקן הגרמני המחמיר DVS 2205 ותוכנות שרטוט המאפשרות בנוסף להצגה תלת מימדית – גם ניתוח מכאני ובניית אב טיפוס דיגיטלי של המוצר לפני הייצור.
ריתוך הלוחות מתבצע בעזרת מכונת CNC ייחודית בארץ המפיקה הדפסים פרטניים המעידים על איכות הריתוך. כיאה לחברה המובילה בתחומה, קיימת מודעות רחבה בנוגע למגמה הירוקה בעולם ובעקבות כך – ייצור המוצרים נעשה בחומרים הניתנים למחזור. כמו כן, החברה נעזרת בשירותי ייעוץ ופיתוח למערכות מחזור מים מתקדמות ויעילות, פיתוח ויצור עמודות ספיגה ועוד.
Plast Hen is a private owned company which was established in 1993 by Nissim Amar, in purpose to provide quality planning and manufacturing services of diversified products made of thermoplastic and armored polyester for the chemical and petrochemical industry.
The company uses the most advanced manufacturing technologies in the world and plans their products with the latest CAD software for calculations and products design according to the strict German standard DVS 2205. In addition, we use drawing software which enables us to see it in 3D – Mechanical analysis and a building a digital prototype prior manufacture.
Welding boards is done by a unique CNC machine which produce individual prints that affirm the welding quality. Aa befits a leading company, there is a wide awareness for green trend and there for our products are made out recyclable materials. Also, we use consulting and development services for advanced water recycling systems.
