Manufacturing and Installation for Dead Sea Magnesium Plant
As part of a project executed for the Dead Sea Magnesium Plant, we were required to design and manufacture a cyclonic system for emission air treatment.

- 13 Mist Eliminators of cyclonic system design with internal baffle configuration
- Polypropylene (PP) Construction - Selected for superior resistance to acids, corrosion, temperatures, and harsh chemical conditions
- Scrubber Column Integration - System incorporated within the existing scrubber column for gas capture and chemical neutralization processes
- Custom Engineering - Individual adaptation of each mist eliminator according to flow conditions, flow rates, and structural constraints of the column
- Precision Manufacturing and Assembly - Executed under engineering constraints at active facility, in collaboration with plant engineers and environmental teams
