220 Cubic Meter PP Tank

ICL International Engineering Project

As part of a comprehensive engineering project for ICL Corporation, we designed and manufactured a 220 cubic meter polypropylene tank, meeting stringent process requirements and unique field specifications.

Project Phases:

Advanced Engineering Design

4-Month Design Phase - Full collaboration with Röchling Germany, ensuring compliance with complex chemical, mechanical, and operational specifications.

Precision Manufacturing Process

5-Month Manufacturing Phase - Utilizing advanced technologies and innovative techniques. To create the cylindrical section in the tank's lower portion, we were required to weld panels with exceptional 120mm thickness - representing a unique technical and operational challenge.

Transport and Site Installation

The tank was transported to site with 12 police escort vehicles due to its oversized dimensions. On-site execution included complete assembly, removal and disposal of a collapsed existing tank, and completion of piping connections, operational fittings, and auxiliary service systems.
