Southern Israel Slaughterhouse Facility Project
As part of establishing a new slaughterhouse facility in southern Israel, we were selected to design and manufacture a tank system in accordance with stringent process requirements and regulatory standards of the food processing industry. The centerpiece of this project was a 130 cubic meter HDPE tank, engineered with complete customization for its intended application and environmental conditions.
Project Scope:
- Complete Engineering Design - Tank specifications optimized for flow dynamics, anchoring systems, and on-site maintenance accessibility
- Black HDPE Manufacturing with UV Additives - Enhanced protection against direct sunlight exposure and long-term UV degradation
- Heavy-Duty Wall Construction - Extra-thick panels ensuring structural integrity and resistance to chemicals, temperature fluctuations, and mechanical wear
- Custom Interface Design - Tailored openings, connections, service ports, and drainage channels
- Complex Logistics Operation - Specialized transport requiring police escort due to oversized dimensions
Unique Project Features:
- Multi-Material Integration - Strategic combination of various structural materials to meet diverse facility requirements
- Strict Timeline Execution - Delivery under tight deadlines with stringent safety protocols
- Food Processing Industry Compliance - Meeting technical demands for durability, sealing integrity, cleanability, and accessibility in sensitive food handling environments
The project was executed through close coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and client engineers, achieving complete success while maintaining the highest industry standards for food-grade applications.
