PP Ventilation Ducts - VISHAY Factory
As part of an environmental project for VISHAY, we carried out the design, manufacturing, and installation of an advanced ventilation duct system made of Polypropylene (PP), integrated into an acid gas treatment system in electronic production processes.
Project Details - PP Ventilation Ducts, 1.5 m Diameter:

Production of ventilation ducts with a 1.5 m diameter and a total length of approximately 200 meters

Integration of bends, branches, fittings, and connection interfaces to blowers and existing systems

Compliance with the Ministry of Environmental Protection requirements for the safe discharge of acid vapors

Collection of vapors from electrolysis baths, transferring them to filters, and from there to a 15-meter-high stack

All components were manufactured at our facilities and assembled on-site under full engineering coordination
The system was designed for high resistance in corrosive environments, ensuring optimal airflow and precise integration within the plant’s engineering infrastructure. The project was executed in full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental responsibility standards.
