PVC & CPVC Tanks

Industrial Chemical Storage Solutions

(Polyvinyl Chloride & Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride)

Tanks manufactured from PVC and CPVC materials are custom-engineered for diverse industrial requirements, providing reliable and cost-effective solutions for liquid and chemical storage in industrial environments.

PVC offers excellent resistance to acids, bases, salts, and industrial wastewater at temperatures up to approximately 60°C. In contrast, CPVC - a chlorinated material - enables use at higher temperatures up to 90°C for continuous operation, with enhanced chemical resistance properties.

Both materials are non-conductive, feature smooth internal surfaces, and do not absorb moisture - critical advantages for process applications, laboratories, and sensitive industries.

Primary Applications:

  • Chemical Storage: Low to medium concentration chemical solutions
  • Water Systems: Water treatment, wastewater, and drainage applications
  • Industry Sectors: Food processing, pharmaceutical, and agricultural applications
  • Gas & Ventilation: Air handling and gas distribution systems

Key Advantages

PVC Benefits: Chemical stability, low cost, and ease of processing make it ideal for standard industrial applications. CPVC Benefits: Higher temperature resistance and enhanced chemical compatibility for demanding process conditions.

Universal Benefits: Both materials offer lightweight construction, corrosion resistance, and easy maintenance requirements. The smooth surface finishes enable simple cleaning and washing procedures, while optional external armor can be integrated when additional structural strength is required.

Design & Configuration Options

Our tanks can be manufactured in cylindrical or rectangular configurations, with vertical or horizontal orientations depending on space requirements and operational needs. Bottom configurations include flat or conical designs, with custom connections, openings, suction systems, service ports, filters, and additional components tailored to specific applications.

External Armor - Structural Reinforcement for Challenging Systems

When tanks must withstand pressure loads, external conditions, or aggressive chemicals, we can integrate external armor using fiberglass (FRP) casing. This approach delivers a strong, durable, and long-term solution with optimal combination of chemical and mechanical properties.

The armored design provides enhanced structural integrity while maintaining the chemical resistance benefits of PVC or CPVC inner construction. This dual-material approach ensures reliable performance in the most demanding industrial environments.
